How to Make a Booking

Sending an email is by far the easiest way to book into one of the courses we have on offer. In fact even if you talk directly to one of our friendly staff, you will normally be asked to email your details through before a booking is finalized.

Below is a list of the details we need from you.

NB: If you represent a business booking a staff member into a course please include both the participant details, as well as how you'd like the invoice made out.

Easy as that! Send your booking email to info@123trainingsolutions.com.au and we'll do the rest!

What happens next?

You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (but usually sooner). This will include all the details related to the course, including what to bring, start times, and detailed information about how to find us.

In a separate email, you'll also receive an invoice relating to your booking, which can be paid for in a number of ways including: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and PayPal, as well as Cash, Cheque, or Debit/Credit card on the first day of the course.
